Marion Litt, formerly of Hanover, passed away peacefully at Southampton Care Centre on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. She was only 2 months away from reaching her 101st birthday.
Born in Normanby Township on April 18, 1924 to the late James and Marietta "Etta" (nee Anderson) Byers. Many will remember Marion as a Teller with CIBC in Walkerton until her retirement. She enjoyed many years of companionship with her sister Nellie.
Predeceased by her sisters Nellie Byers, Beth (Ken) Laine and brothers Hudson (Julia) Byers and Anderson (Berneda) Byers. Missed by many nieces and nephews and their families.
To honour her wishes, cremation has taken place and a gathering will be held in the spring at Hampden Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.
