Passed away peacefully at Chapman House – Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce, Owen Sound, at the age of 59.  Beloved husband of Bernice, whom he married May 30, 1989.  Loving father of Anna Ruth & Carl Kuepfer, Jonathan & Rosena, Timothy & friend Laura Passant, Kristine Anne & Gary Kuepfer, Adam, and Philip. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Jessica, Travis, Brent, Tyler, Brandon, Jolene, Kaylene, and Layna. Beloved son of Norman & Ruth. Brother of James & Dorothy, Pauline & Vernon Jantzi, Elaine & Rueben Kuepfer, Michael & Josephine, Steven & Mary, Vernon & Emaline, Perry & Rosanna, Earl & Marlene Kuepfer, Cathy & Paul Albrecht, Paul & Joanne. Survived by brothers and sisters-in-law Ira & Louise, Rosann & James Albrecht, Vernon & Pauline, Allan & Nancy, Edith & Sam Jantzi, Nancy & Alvin Zehr.

Predeceased by his sister Eva (2015) his parents-in-law Dan K Jantzi (2018) & Anna (2024) and brother-in-law Emmanuel (1978), 2 nieces, and 3 nephews.

Leonard was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Relatives and friends may call at the family home, #441478 Con. 8,  RR#1 Elmwood, on Sunday, October 27^th, 2024, from 12:30 to 8 pm to Monday, October 28^th, 2024 from 9 am to 6pm,  where a funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, October 29, 2024  at 9am. Bishop Alvin Kuepfer officiating. Burial will take place in Chesley Old Order Amish Cemetery in Malcolm.
