Ronald Taylor, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, August 9, 2024. He was 89.

Born out West on July 6, 1935 to the late Stanley and Margaret (nee Hobeck) Taylor. Ronald was married to Shirley (nee Hartman) and had worked in many countries throughout the world as a welder laying natural gas pipelines. He was a proud member of local 527. After moving to Hanover, their health declined and Ronald cared for Shirley up until her death. He had a deep devotion to his faith and will be reunited with the love of his life.

Survived by brothers Wayne (Jean) Taylor and Ken Taylor as well as his nieces and nephews and their families. He will be remembered by his dear friends and caregivers over the years that provided him much comfort and friendship. Predeceased by his parents, beloved wife Shirley (nee Hartman), and by his brother Merv.

A private family graveside service will be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery - Neustadt.
