Mary and Family
I just read of Cheryl's passing so sorry gone too soon. I look back with fondness of the fun times at the roller rink, a gathering place for all us young folks. Your Mom and Dad and you girls did so much to enhance the fun. May your good memories aid in your loss .I know there is a party going on up above with Vinnie and Dad.
Rest in peace sweet lady!
So sorry to read about Cheryl's death. We were in high school together and had met a number of times at quilt events. Condolences to the family.
- Ann Holm SandersMy condolences to Cheryl's family.
We shared the opportunity to be part of a community and the joys of teaching careers.
I first met Cheryl when we were both in Stratford Teacher's College. Since we were boarding at homes not far from one another, we often walked back and forth to the college in a group and shared our experiences.
Later my parents-in-law built their retirement home in Hanover just around the corner from Cheryl' parents.

I shared many fun hours with Cheryl quilting together and at quilt guilds. She truly was an artist, so anxious to try new things. Whatever Cheryl became involved in, she threw herself into it whole heartedly and produced wonderful pieces. Her time here to create more beautiful pieces was over far too soon. Her smile reflected her personality perfectly.
- Pat GolemI was sad to learn of Cheryl's death. She was a lovely person with a beautiful smile. I enjoyed getting to know her during the time she was a member of the Saugeen Artists Guild. I'd also see her occasionally at the Wed. morning art group at St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran, Hanover, when I was able to attend. She created wonderful watercolor paintings, and fabric purses / bags. She will be missed.
- Jaqueline PenfoldI am so sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing. We had a lot of fun together at Wednesday afternoon Art Groups in Hanover. She was always smiling and had a great sense of humour. We shared an interest in watercolour painting and enjoyed learning, including having good laughs at the pieces that didn't go the way we thought they would go! Then we would console ourselves with some of Cheryl's delicious homemade baking. She is gone but will not be forgotten. Her smiling face will continue to inspire us. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.
Mary and families…. We are sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing. She was a wonderful neighbour …. We had many great chats over the back fence. She fought a good fight but alas Cancer is a beast to beat. She handled her illness with dignity and grace. A beautiful soul is never forgotten, but lives on the the memories of those who knew them
