After a long life well lived, Dorothea Viola Hallman, of Hanover, was reunited with her late husband Harris, her sons Larry and Eric and great grandchild Cody Bryant. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in her own home on Monday, June 24, 2024 in her 100th year.
Born in Stouffville, Ontario on August 22, 1924 to the late Paul and Effie Boadway.
Loved by devoted daughter in law Sherry Hallman of Allan Park. Much loved Nana of Ericka (Kevin) McKinnon, Alanda (Corey) Lantz and Sada (Sean) Bryant. She will be forever missed by her great grandchildren Emily, Madeline, Colton, Kaylee, Ashlynn, Kye and Callan. Remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her brothers Harold and Ted Boadway and sister Pauline Ratcliff.
A Family Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 11:00 am. Pastor Jenn Brown officiating. Interment in Hanover Cemetery, Hanover.

- Gary YostI am saddened to read of Dorothea's passing. She was a wonderful friend to my step-mom Helen Burrow. I remember wonderful visits as a child at her home and at the lake swimming and also at her mom's home on 10th Street.
