Leonard Joseph Meyers passed away at the Village Seniors Community in Hanover on Monday, March 11, 2024.
Born in Guelph on June 17, 1940 to the late Leander (Len) and Betty Meyers.
Survived by his twin brother Leander (Cathy) Meyers of Hanover and sister Marjorie (Fizell) Miller of Listowel, also daughter Luanne of Whitehorse, Yukon and by his grandsons Nicholas and Jeremie. Leonard will be missed by his nephews: Brent (Susan) Meyers and their family MacKenzie, Kahlen, Cruz, Michael and Nixen Meyers and by his nieces: Cathy (Barry), Pat, Linda (Harold), Connie (Joe), Brenda (Jim) and their families. Predeceased by his nephew Gary Fizell and brother in law Robert Fizell.
To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private inurnment in Hanover Cemetery.
The family wish to thank the staff at the Village Seniors Community for all their compassion and care for Leonard.
