Judith "Judy" Irene Thomson, of Ayton, passed away peacefully with her family surrounding her at Chapman House Residential Hospice in Owen Sound on Saturday, August 05, 2023. She was 73.
Born in England, UK on March 25, 1950 to the late Edgar and Myrtle (nee Budd) Swift. Judy had a beautiful aura about her and loved her family and her dogs. She always had a heart to help others in their time of need.
Survived by devoted husband Dan Thomson, of Ayton. Loving mother of Christopher Thomson of Hanover, Jeremy (Deanne) Thomson of Durham and Brooke Thomson of Ayton. Special grandmother of Taylor, Mikayla and Ariel. Fondly remembered by her sister Christine Lohonyay of London and her children Marion (Tom) Hughes, Tina and Peter and their families. Predeceased by her parents.
To honour her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will take place at a later date.
Memorial donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
