WILSON                    

Harvey Leroy Wilson, formerly of Cambridge, passed away peacefully at Hanover and District Hospital on Friday, June 24, 2022.  He was 79.

Born on February 24, 1943 to the late Elwin and Buelah (nee Fisher) Wilson in Seaforth Ontario. Harvey was a pipeline operator for many years. After the death of his beloved wife Linda, he was able to meet a wonderful woman, with whom he had so much in common. He married Dora (nee Volaine) on March 23, 2013 and had become unseperable since.

Survived by devoted wife Dora (nee Volaine) Wilson of Hanover. Loved father of Terry Wilson, Anne-Marie Wilson, Ted (Stacy) Wilson and step father of Jerry (Bonnie) Bennett. Adored grandfather of Ashley Wilson, Teddy (Jade) Beaulieu, CJ Wilson, Kayla Wilson (Junior Sampson), Brett Wilson, Trevor Wilson, Natasha (Adam) Houser, Matt Bell (Dawn) and great grandfather of Austin Beaulieu, Carson and Aubree Sampson, Lauren and Brayden Houser and Leah and Haley Bell. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and their families. Harvey was the last remaining member of his family. Predeceased by his first wife Linda (nee Saunders), infant baby girl Eileen Wilson and his siblings Jean Anderson, Bernice Shaw, Doug Wilson, Geordie Wilson, Ken Wilson, Don Wilson, John Wilson and parents Elwin and Beulah Wilson.

To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, July 23^rd, 2022 at 2pm in the Chandelier Room, Galt Legion (4 Veterans Way, Cambridge, Ontario). Arrangements entrusted to the care of Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.
