Roberta Marie Kollen, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at Hanover and District Hospital on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. She was 71. 

Born in Noel Road, Hants County, Nova Scotia, on July 11, 1949 to the late James and Doris White. Roberta worked for Maritime Medical Insurance company for many years as a young woman. She enjoyed being social and a lot of people will remember her as the "lady with the trolly" around Hanover. She had a gentle kindness about her and always had a smile or a laugh to share despite her declining health. 

Survived by children Lisa Kollen and Marten Colling (Rose). Special grandmother of Reiner, Heyden and Roshelle. Roberta will be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters. 

To honour her wishes, cremation has taken place. Her ashes will be returned to the Noel Road Cemetery in Nova Scotia to be beside her beloved late family, at a later date. 

Memorial donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
