Leo Edward Strauss, of RR#3 Durham, passed away peacefully at Chapman House - Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce in Owen Sound on Valentine's Day, Sunday, February 14, 2021. He was 83. 

Leo was born on March 28, 1937 in Hanover and enjoyed painting for a living. 

Survived by daughters Denise Poechman of Wiarton, Diana (Steve) Strauss of Durham, Shelley (Esben) Andersen of Walkerton and Sherry (Donnie) Strauss of Kitchener. Loved grandfather of Theresa, Angela, Jonathan, Adam, Allanna, Sonja, Stephanie, Alisha, Jasmine, Shannelle, Logan and 17 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his brothers Gerald Keleher of Owen Sound, Jim Keleher of Gorrie, Rick Keleher and Jack Keleher both of Guelph. He will be missed by many extended family and friends. Predeceased by his beloved wife Mabel (nee Miller), son Randy Strauss and brother Charlie Keleher. 

To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place and a gathering will take place in the spring when it is safer for all to come together. Inurnment in Hanover Columbarium with his wife.
