Lucille Adell (nee Kroetsch) Hunt, formerly of Carlsruhe, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Hanover Care Centre on Sunday, January 10, 2021 in her 94th year.
Born in Carlsruhe on March 30, 1927 to the late Philip and Isabelle (nee Dosman) Kroetsch. Lucille married Gerald Hunt and they worked hard on the farm until retiring to the village of Carlsruhe. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting and tending to her flowerbeds. Lucille was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church, Carlsruhe including the CWL.
Survived by sons Robert (MaryBeth) Hunt of RR#1 Hanover, Raymond (Tammy) Hunt of RR#1 Elmwood and Neil Hunt (Michele) of Elmira. Cherished grandmother of Adam, Alison (Troy), Rachael (Dan), Dakoda (Meagan), Damon (Kayla), Raven (Eric), Samantha (Mackenzie), Dillon (Karleigh) and great grandmother of Max, Carson, Coulter, Henderson and Quinn. Fondly remembered by her brother Adrian (Mary Anne) Kroetsch of Walkerton. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gerald in 2001 and her sister in childhood Marcella.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family Funeral Service will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover. Father Tom Moisan officiating. Spring Interment in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Carlsruhe, Ontario.
