Wayne Francis McInnis, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at Hanover and District Hospital on Sunday, September 6th 2020 with his family by his side in his 76th year.

He was born in New Brunswick on November 27th, 1943. Wayne was in the printing industry, enjoyed curling in his younger years and was an avid Blue Jays fan. He married Doris Elizabeth Moore on August 7, 1976 and they recently celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary together.

Beloved husband of Doris (nee Moore) of Hanover. Loving father of Kimberley McInnis of Toronto. Cherished grandfather to Freya and uncle to James. Wayne was predeceased by his mother, Myrtle McInnis and his brother, David McInnis.

To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or services. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.
