Audrey Jean Plant, of Hanover, passed away at Rockwood Terrace in Durham on Monday, August 10, 2020 in her 91st year.

Born in Walkerton on November 10, 1929, to the late Raymond and Frances Louise (nee Eldred) Brown.  Audrey was a very kind hearted woman, and always cherished time spent with her family and friends.  She spent many years working as a Nurse's Aid for local nursing homes.  She will be dearly missed. 

Loving mother of Clifford Plant of Owen Sound, Norman Plant of Hanover, Mary Lou Krohn of Essex, Reta (Larry) Awrey of Windsor, Kathy Plant of Picton, Susan Plant of Hanover, and daughter-in-law Darlene Plant of Hanover.   Fondly remembered by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.  Survived by sisters Adele Brown and her husband Theodore and Jessie McCurdy and her husband John of Owen Sound.   Predeceased by husband Reuben Plant, son Reuben Plant, great granddaughter Chelsea Plant, brothers Wilf Brown, Clifford Brown, Raymond Brown  and sisters Lila Goodwin and Vera Canning.

To follow her wishes, cremation has taken place.  Inurnment in Walkerton Cemetery.
