Terry Eldin Allen Carter, of Hanover, passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday, April 23, 2020. He was 44.
Born on May 16, 1975 to the late Ernie Carter and Edna (nee Smith) Rawn. Terry will be fondly remembered around town with his smiling face.
Survived by his sister Fay Rawn (Jeff Milner) of Hanover. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews. He had a wonderful relationship with his caseworker from Mental Health and will be missed very much by Amy. Predeceased by his parents and sister Donna.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Hanover Cemetery. Interment in Hanover Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the charity of choice were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
