Losing a loved one is difficult at any time, but during this pandemic there are additional challenges one must face. Please know that we are here to help and guide you.
As of Tuesday, April 14, 2020:
* Expediated Death Response Plan for all Hospitals and Long Term Care Homes in Ontario.
With this, hospitals and LT care homes will be contacting families to expedite their choices.
Funeral Homes have limited time frames to respond to a death. This is to prevent back logging at facilities and limit exposure to staff and public.
* The maximum number of people who can attend a funeral home at one time is a maximum of 10 people — in the entire funeral home establishment at one time. Even if you have unlimited space, or are outside, the maximum is 10. The number does not include funeral staff.
As always we care about your health and safety. If you are feeling unwell or exhibit signs and/or symptoms, please
DO NOT visit the funeral home. We recomment that you call ahead 519-364-3660.
Use the Sanitizing Station as you enter and wait for staff to assist you.
When making funeral arrangements, please note that we request that only the executor or next of kin (if no will) be present.
Hours have been reduced to the public; however, our staff are always on call and able to assist you 24 hours
