Gordon Henry Hunter, formerly of Hanover, passed away at his home in Orangeville, with Marion by his side on Sunday, March 29, 2020. He was 82.

Born in Dufferin County on September 11, 1937 to the late Wilson and Kathleen (McKitrich) Hunter. Gordon retired from Brampton Hydro after many years of service.

Survived by wife Marion (nee Troyer) Hunter of Orangeville. Father of Paul (Leslie) Hunter of Toronto, Shiela Strain of Orangeville. Grandfather of Emily of Orangeville. Fondly remembered by Marion's five children and their spouses, 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Also fondly remembered by his brother John Hunter and sisters Elizabeth Wallace and Marie Wade. Predeceased by his parents, step son in law Roger Hilts and brother in laws Fred Wallace and Sam Wade.

A Private Graveside Interment was held at Hanover Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
