Walter Ezra Schenk, of Hanover, was called home on Thursday, October 10, 2019; at the age of 90. Reunited with the love of his life, the Late Grace Schenk (nee Kaufman).

Fondly remembered by daughters Ann Marie Schenk of London and Kim DeLisle of Barrie. Dear brother of Marie (Reg) Ashton of Hanover. Predeceased by sisters Violet Fischer and Irene Colvey and brother Lorenz in infancy. Dear brother-in-law of Pearl (Elgin) Monk of Hanover, Dorothy (Harvey) Stewart of Chatsworth, Bob (Corleen) Kaufman of Hanover and Joyce (Guy) Kauffman of Owen Sound.

Gratitude to the residents and staff at the Village and special Caregiver Karen Spanswick who treated Dad and us as members of the family.

Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 3-5 pm. A Funeral Service to celebrate Walter will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 11:00 am, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Ayton. Pastor Heather Spencer-Stoltz officiating. Interment in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Ayton, Ontario.
