Dianne Beverley Barley, of Hanover, passed away at The Village Senior's Community on Saturday, September 28, 2019, in her 83^rd year. 

Born in North Bay, Ontario, on September 17, 1937, to the late Charles and Ella (nee James) Brown.  Dianne and her late husband, George ‘Bud’ Barley, shared over 61 years of friendship and marriage.  She enjoyed her career as a nurse, and always held a special place in her heart for her family.   

Loved mother of Mark (Monica) Barley of Courtice.  Fondly remembered by grandchildren Brock Akerman (Ashleigh Hancoop), Kyle Akerman (Natalie McPherson), and Lisa Barley (Ian Hunter).  Dear sister of Sylvia Lefebvre of North Bay. Predeceased by her husband George, siblings Barbara Piper, Lorna Greene, Patricia O'Hara, Charles Brown and Roberta Portugaise.

To honour her wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family inurnment of ashes will take place at the Columbarium in Hanover Cemetery at a later date.
