David Arthur Crysdale, of Ancaster, passed away peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital in Hamilton on Thursday, June 20, 2019. He was 87. 　

Born on July 24, 1931 in Toronto to the late John and Marion (nee O'Hara) Crysdale. David was a stockbroker and enjoyed following the stock and financial markets throughout his life. 　

Survived by wife Margaret "Marg" Peppler of Ancaster. Dear father of daughters Mich (Bill) Matheson and Marion Crysdale. Grandfather of Melissa, Ryan, Michelle, Corrie, Alyssa, Brandon, Brian and great grandfather of Taylor and Reid. David will be fondly remembered by his brothers Jim (Jackie) Crysdale and Bill (Joan) Crysdale and his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by children Sherrie Lacroix, David Crysdale Jr., Christine Homer and Kipling Crysdale. 　

To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place. An Inurnment Graveside Service will be held at the Hanover Cemetery (95 - 7th Avenue) on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 11:30 am, followed by an informal gathering to share memories and stories at Grace United Church, Hanover from 12 noon - 3pm (310 - 12th Street). Arrangements entrusted to the care of Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.
