Roy Fletcher, of Hanover, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Hanover and District Hospital on Monday, April 08, 2019. He was 84.

Born on August 16, 1934 to the late Bruce and Evelyn Fletcher in Guelph, Ontario. Roy was the proud owner of Sports Travel Homes and will be remembered by his many clients for his kindness and charming ways.

Survived by loving wife Shirley (nee Sime) Fletcher of Hanover. Dear father of Dave (Barb) Fletcher of Mount Forest, Paul (Gail) Fletcher of Harriston, Teresa Fletcher, and daughter in law Donna (Mike) Fletcher-Gilbert both of Hanover. Proud grandfather of Mitchell (Amelia), Cory (Jamie Kirkland), McCloud, Keaton, Brittney, Anthony and great grandson Rhys. Fondly remembered by his brother Doug (Jean) Fletcher of Guelph and sisters Margaret Day (Harry) and Joyce (Don) Blyth both of Guelph. Predeceased by his sons Gary and Carl Fletcher. Remembered by special friends Laurie and Christina Duaguay and Richard Graham all of Hanover and special caregivers Shelley, Barb and Kate.

Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Thursday, April 11, 2019 from 9:30 am until time of a Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph.
