It is with tear filled eyes and broken hearts that we announce that Aaron Stadtlander, of Hanover, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the age of 24.

Born in Hanover on July 18, 1994 to Paula (nee Stadtlander) and Trevor Herman. He had a passion for the outdoors and felt at home within nature. He enjoyed all that the water and forests had to give him and relished his time spent fishing and hunting with his family and friends.

Survived by loving mother Paula (Randy) Funck of RR#1 Desboro. Special big brother of Carson and Leah Funck at home. Dear grandson of John (Lori) Stadtlander of RR#3 Hanover, Jerry (June) Funck of RR#4 Chesley, great grandmother Carol Faelker of RR#3 Hanover. Loved nephew of Lindsay Beggs of New Hamburg, Laura Funck of Owen Sound, Kevin (Jane) Funck of Desboro and Brian (Evelyn) Herman of Walkerton and their families.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Visitation held at Hanover Missionary Church on Friday, December 14, 2018 from 10 am until time of a Memorial Celebration Service at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place.

Memorial donations to Wes for Youth would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
