Hendrika Johanna "Rika" de Greef, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover Care Centre on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. She was 91.

Born in Laren Gld. Netherlands on April 1, 1926 to the late Hendrik Jan and Berendina (nee Meijlink) Koeslag.

Loved mother of Henny (Keith) Derbecker of Normanby, John (Tina) de Greef of Malaysia, Brenda de Greef of Toronto and Paul (Cheryl) de Greef of Waterloo. She was a special grandmother of Chris (Valerie) Derbecker, Amy (Jody) Bishop, Shelley (Brandon) Derbecker, Shonna de Greef and Nicole (Pete) de Greef and five great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her brother Bertus (Dineke) Koeslag and sisters Johanna Braakman, Annie Leusink both of Holland, Debbie (Berend) Hietkamp of Manitoulin Island and her sisters in law Johanna Kloosterboer and Mimi de Greef both of Holland and brothers in law Gerrit de Greef and Derk Verstege. Predeceased by her beloved husband Hank de Greef, brother Hendrik Jan and sister Dineke Verstege.

Visitation will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Hanover, on Sunday, January 21, 2018 from 12:30 until time of a Funeral Service at 1:30 pm. Spring Interment in Union Cemetery, Ayton.
