Michael "Mike" Weller Bentall WWII Veteran, of Neustadt, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital on Thursday, January 11, 2018. He was 97.

Born on September 30, 1920, in Brighton, England. He enjoyed his job, where it took him to various locations like Toronto, London and Oakville with the bookmobile. He loved delivering the gift of books and reading to people of all ages.

Survived by children Rob (Sharon) Bentall of R#4 Hanover, Kim (Rick) Puspoky of Glencoe, Terri Bentall of Tobermory, Derek (Margo) Bentall of Lambeth, Tracey (Ray) Davis of London and Ed Bentall of Hanover. Loved grandfather of  Nathan, Dayna, Brina, Kelly, Jamie, Ryan, Jon, Roslynn, Christina, Travis and great grandchildren Charlie, Zoey, Miley, Brooklyn, Jack, Tyler, Jacob, and Owen.

To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Hanover on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 2 pm.

Memorial donations to the Hanover & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
